The CW Picks Up “Nikita”

Best. News. Ever! The CW has picked up Melinda’s new show Nikita for the fall. The network will release its 2010-2011 primetime schedule on Thursday so we will then officially know when the show will air.

The net also picked up the Tom Welling-produced cheerleading drama Hellcats and its reboot of Nikita.

NIKITA stars Maggie Q in the title role as a spy and assassin for a top secret U.S. government agency, who rebels against the system that created her and will stop at nothing to bring their powerful operation to an end.
